Soup Love

I love soup.
Plain and simple. 

Every year as summer winds down and fall creeps in, other people start complaining. I, for one, love fall. The leaves, the temps, football, and of course, the start of soup season (and chili - I consider them to be in the same genre). Lucky for me, I have friends who may be just as soup crazy as I am. 

The original idea was for my friend Molly to cook her way through her "400 Soup Recipes" book, a la Julie and Julia. But, to make it original, she'd do the cooking and I'd do the blogging, as an outside observer/taste-tester. Apparently though, she thinks cooking a soup a day is a little ambitious (come onnnn).

So, we'll get as much soup as we can out of her, but also pester/bribe other friends to make soup, and maybe even search out some local eateries with soup on offer.
